Compensation
Initially, this is a contract role with competitive compensation based on your experience, responsibilities, and the value you bring. As the firm grows, there will be opportunities to expand your role—and your income—with the potential for long-term involvement, increased responsibility, and performance-based rewards.
The Commitment

- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries—via phone, email, and online portals
- Prepare and maintain client files, onboarding documents, and meeting summaries
- Assist in the creation of financial plans, investment summaries, and tax strategies
- Manage CRM entries, task flows, and communication tracking
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

The Characteristics

- Experience in financial services, client service, or administrative roles
- Tech-fluent ( Our tech stack is Conquest, Odoo, and G Workspace)
- A confident, modern communicator—skilled at using tools like GPT to deliver concise, high-impact messages that cut through the noise and deliver what clients want and need to know
